Nuestra vivienda es un décimo piso con dos habitaciones, un amplio salón comedor, una gran terraza,  un cuarto de baño y una cocina  bien equipada. Tiene en total 100 metros cuadrados. Podemos contemplar el mar, la playa, la zona deportiva, Benidorm, la sierra de Bernia, el enorme Puig Campana, la ciudad de Alicante  con su viejo castillo de “Santa Bárbara”… Cerca de la casa, tenemos un amplio garaje con espacio para un coche de tamaño medio-grande.  Cerca tenemos también una piscina pública, de la que también disfrutan los huéspedes del Hotel Albahía.

Se trata de un décimo piso con ascensor y todas las comodidades de una vivienda moderna. El edificio está localizado en La Albufereta, una tranquila área residencial con una amplia avenida.

La terraza que tiene una maravillosa vista al mar cuenta con una mesa grande de jardín, cuatro sillones, dos hamacas y otras sillas. También tiene una pequeña variedad de plantas y flores.

Our housing is a tenth floor with two rooms, a wide living room dining room, a great terrace, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. He/she has in total 100 square meters. We can contemplate the sea, the beach, the sport area, Benidorm, the mountain of Bernia, the enormous Puig Bell, the city of Alicante with their old castle of Santa Bárbara"… near the house, we have a wide garage with space for a car of half-big size.  It fences we also have a public pool, of which the guests of the Hotel also enjoy Albahía.  

It is a tenth floor with elevator and all the comforts of a modern housing. The building is located in The Albufereta, a calm residential area with a wide avenue. 

The terrace that has a wonderful view to the sea has a big table of garden, four armchairs, two hammocks and other seats. He/she also has a small variety of plants and flowers. 

Our home is a flat with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. We can see the sea, the beach and the town with the old castle of Alicante. We have, near the house, a garage with space por a big car. There is a public swimming pool near. Our flat is on a teen floor with a very nice view over the sea.

Notre logement est un dixième étage avec deux pièces, une salle à manger de salle de séjour large, une grande terrasse, une salle de bains et une cuisine bien équipée. He/she a dans total 100 mètres du carré. Nous pouvons contempler la mer, la plage, la région du sport, Benidorm, la montagne de Bernia, la Cloche Puig énorme, la ville d'Alicante avec leur vieux château fort de Santa Bárbara "… près la maison, nous avons un garage large avec l'espace pour une voiture d'à moitié grande dimension.  Il clôture nous avons aussi une piscine publique de que les invités de l'Hôtel aiment aussi Albahía.    

C'est un dixième étage avec ascenseur et tous les conforts d'un logement moderne. Le bâtiment est localisé dans L'Albufereta, une région résidentielle calme avec une avenue large.   

La terrasse qui a une vue merveilleuse à la mer a une grande table de jardin, quatre fauteuils, deux hamacs et autres sièges. Il y  a aussi une petite variété de plantes et fleurs.
